Grade 6 Survey Time!!

We need your help!  Could you please fill out the following surveys for us?  As many as you can?

We are doing this for a math project.  We are using the data from a survey to create charts and graphs as part of our DATA unit.  Your help is greatly appreciated.  We also hope that you will take the surveys seriously and fill them out honestly as we have asked questions we genuinely want to know the answers to.  Thank you!  Love the Grade 6 class.
